Reflection:

This course has given me an abundance of knowledge that can improve my communication in multiple settings. I had learned the aspects of interviewing, such as; how to be prepared for an interview and how to conduct an interview. I find this concept very useful in life because there will be times were I will be going through the interview process. Overall this topic had shown me what to expect and how to be prepared for an interview. Another concept that was discussed in this course was evaluating our own individual communication. This assignment had opened my eyes on what I needed to improve on, as well as, what I was doing well in the form of communicating with other individuals. It was helpful for me to think about my strengths and weaknesses of communication then have other individuals give their input on my communication skills.

This overall course is extremely beneficial to everyday life, there is always a moment were I will be communicating with other individuals around me. Whether it's a setting at work, school, stores, or even with friends an family. It's important to learn how to communicate with other individuals because it's essential to be able to communicate with others effectively no matter were the setting is.
