Yes, in this trial justice was served. Even though, Al Capone had done many other crimes, the government didn't have evidence to put him into jail. Although, the government had convicted Al
Capone of his tax fraud and tax evasion because they had the evidence to back them up. Therefore this was a fair trial and justice was served in the end.
Al Capone was famous because he was a mobster leader and was known for his many crimes. The crimes he was involved was murder, bootlegging, extortion, and the "Valentine's Day
Massacre". On top of all that, him not paying his taxes and his reasoning behind it. All of these things led for Al Capone to be well known all around.
